Students are introduced to a co-operative approach and look at the complexities of environmental issues:

• In depth analysis of the local and global situation
• Setting up of an environmental action team.
• Developing links with key environmental organisations and designing an action plan.
• To explore the issues of sustainability
• To think about our individual and collective attitudes and behaviour
• To see our influence at local and global levels
• Introduction to Transition Towns and permaculture

Students are encouraged to look at local and global issues and how they can effect changes.
