1st Question creating a culture of co-operation by working together, learning together and making change together.

We are an innovative workers' co-operative of trainers using active, interactive and creative methodologies. We work extensively in the areas of education, business and local communities.

1st Questions ethos is all about including and valuing everyone and co-operating in all that we do.

All our training programmes are based on the co-operative values and principles. Our team has a wide range of knowledge, skills and experience and the profiles of our trainers show the diversity of our talents.

We are supported by and work in partnership with many co-operative societies throughout the country and are supported locally by the East of England Co-operative Society. (See links page for details)

The East of England Co-operative Society is delighted to work in close partnership with 1st Question. We were pleased to support the creation and development of this training co-operative and continue to provide office accommodation and facilities to ensure its continued success. We work collaboratively to devise, develop, trial and deliver innovative, creative and co-operative learning opportunities for young people and communities and together strive to create a culture of co-operation in our localities in Norfolk, Suffolk and Essex.

1st Question in Local Communities and Schools

We understand the need to help develop strong communities by supporting different groups to work together to build confidence and establish common goals.
